Oatey Manufacturing & University Tour: Wednesday, October 25, 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Join the Oatey team for a behind-the-scenes tour of their world-class manufacturing facility, where you’ll learn about the chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes that bring the highest-quality plumbing products to life. Then, get hands-on experience at Oatey University, a best-in-class training center that helps educate tradespeople, inspire innovative new products, and advance the plumbing industry. RIGID Tour: Wednesday, October 25, 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM

RIDGID Tour- Get ready to tour the RIDGID Manufacturing Plant and Global School House Train. You can see where the iconic RIDGID wrench is made along with 11 additional product families. * Separate registration is required. If you’re searching for a fun time with the blend of laughter and learning about the history of Cleveland, join the Funny Bus Tour, hosted by the PHCC—National Auxiliary. Led by a comedian, this hilarious 90-minute bus tour travels through the cool neighborhoods around the city! Requires advance registration and additional fee. Departing from the Convention Center. 

Closing Celebration: Friday, October 27, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Close out the week among exhibits of rock legends at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as we close out our time in Cleveland and congratulate some legends of our own – our incoming 2023-2024 PHCC leaders. PHCC has arranged room blocks at two downtown Cleveland hotels. They are both located within walking distance of the Huntington Convention Center. Although most PHCCCONNECT2023 events will be held at the Huntington Convention Center, some PHCC leadership functions will occur at the Westin Cleveland Downtown and special evening events will take place at the Drury Hotel.

Airport Information

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is the nearest airport, located approximately 12-13 miles from the hotels. The estimated taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is around $46 (USD).
