At High Level Marketing, we recognize how precious summer is, and we’re excited to announce that Summer Fridays are back for the 2025 season! We’re committed to giving our team dedicated time to step away from work and make the most of those long, sunny days.
2025 Summer Friday Schedule
- May 23 – Half Day
- June 6 – Half Day
- June 20 – Half Day
- July 4 – Company Holiday
- July 18 – Half Day
- August 1 – Half Day
- August 15 – Half Day
On these dates, our team will wrap up at lunchtime, giving everyone a head start on the weekend. Plus, we’ll be closed for a full day on July 4th to extend the holiday celebration.
What Are Summer Fridays at HLM?
Summer Fridays are a cherished HLM tradition, now in its fourth year. Select Fridays throughout the summer are designated as half days, alongside a full-day closure for Independence Day. This initiative is our way of honoring our team’s hard work and encouraging well-deserved rest and relaxation.

Our “happenings” Slack channel is filled with stories and photos of these moments, and it’s inspiring to see everyone making the most of their summer.
How Summer Fridays Began
The popularity of Summer Fridays has grown each year. The idea first emerged from feedback in our bi-annual employee NPS (eNPS) survey, where team members expressed a strong interest in this benefit. Leadership listened, piloted the program in 2022, and after seeing its success, made it a recurring part of our culture.
