Dare Week 2024: A Recap of Fun, Team Spirit, and Connection at HLM

By Lauren Anderson

Last Week, HLM celebrated its third annual Dare Week, a tradition that brings our remote team together through a series of creative and adventurous challenges. This year’s event was a resounding success, with team members from various locations enthusiastically participating and sharing their experiences.

Highlights from Dare Week 2024

Dare Week is designed to encourage HLMers to step out of their routines, engage with their surroundings, and create memorable moments. Here are some standout moments from this year's event:

Nathan Yates and the Houston Team

Nathan and his team in the Houston office took to birdwatching and even humorously tackled the challenge of mowing the grass with invisible lawnmowers! Their creativity and team spirit were evident in the photos they shared.

Keep drumrolling...

Gotta build the suspense...

Seriously, we can't just give it away...

You'd be disappointed if we simply told you...

Ya gotta work for it, like anything good in life...

Keep scrolling...

You can do it...

We believe in you...

Almost there...

And the winner is...
