Lauren is a Director of Customer Success at HLM. She is a passionate leader with a broad skill set and a desire for continuous learning. I have a deep connection to community involvement and engagement and a fascination for child and adult learning. I practice Servant Leadership and lead my peers and team with the end in mind.
