What to Expect

Discovery Call(s)

You'll receive a call from an HLM Digital Marketing Consultant to discuss your needs. Your Consultant will ask extensive questions about your business, your challenges, and your goals. This is important, as HLM creates marketing strategies that are tailored to each business. If additional calls are needed to gather more info or involve other HLM experts, your Consultant will coordinate everything for you.
Strategy Review

Your Consultant will meet with the HLM team of Digital Strategists to create a marketing strategy that will help you grow. Once complete, you'll meet with your Consultant to review the strategy, to include all products, services, timelines, and pricing details.
Commitment & Onboarding

Once the details surrounding your marketing strategy are ironed out, you'll be provided with an official agreement, and we'll get to work! Over the coming days and weeks, you'll meet various HLM team members such as your Project Manager and your Customer Success Manager, as you're onboarded and we commence your marketing strategy designed to help your business grow!
