In the lead-up to our event, teams will submit their ghastly group names and costume ideas. On the day of the party, they’ll capture a photo of their ensemble and share it in our internal Slack channel. These images will be compiled in a Spooktacular Halloween Deck, where all HLMers will have the chance to vote for their favorite team look. This interactive element fosters camaraderie and excitement among our remote workforce.
