The High Level Marketing team is looking forward to participating in the 6th annual Global Aesthetics Conference (GAC), taking place in Miami Beach, FL October 19-22, 2023. The event was created by Dr. S. Randolph Waldman and Dr. Renato Saltz to bring together thought leaders from the four core aesthetic specialties – Facial Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and Oculoplastic Surgery – in a collegial and a-political environment. It’s the most anticipated educational aesthetic event of the year! Physicians and staff can earn up to 34 CME credits in an unsurpassed learning environment and satisfy all yearly requirements in most states.
Located in the heart of South Beach’s vibrant Art Deco District, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel blends sophisticated style with its beachfront location. The property features five restaurants and lounges including Preston’s Market, Miami Joe Coffee Co., Bar Collins, Nautilus and the award-winning Lure Fishbar. The hotel features 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and function space along with a fitness center and premium shopping at the Splash and Splish retail boutiques.
The group rates for the event start at $299/night for a standard room, plus taxes and *fees. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, the room block closes September 25, 2023, or whenever it reaches capacity.
The Exhibit Hall is the heart of the GAC. You can grow your network and learn best practices while picking up cool swag along the way. And while you’re there, make sure to stop by booth #402 to meet the High Level Marketing team. For more details, the GAC team provides a comprehensive Exhibitor Prospectus.

Here's a handy guide on what to expect and what to pack for your trip to this vibrant city.
Miami Weather in October:
Miami October offers pleasant weather that's perfect for both business and leisure. Here's what you can generally expect:
Temperature: Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-70s to low 80s Fahrenheit (24-28°C). It's warm but not sweltering, making it comfortable for outdoor activities.
Humidity: Miami is known for its humidity, but by late October, it starts to ease up a bit. You'll still encounter some humidity, but it won't be as intense as during the peak summer months.
Rainfall: While the chance of rain is relatively low during this time, occasional showers are possible. It's a good idea to carry a small umbrella or a light rain jacket just in case.
What to Pack:
Professional Attire: The conference calls for professional attire. Think business suits, dresses, and smart-casual outfits. Don't forget comfortable shoes for those networking events and workshops.
Light Layers: Since the weather can vary throughout the day, packing light layers is a smart move. A cardigan or a light jacket can come in handy in the evenings when it gets a bit cooler.
Sun Protection: Miami is known for its sunshine, so pack sunglasses, sunscreen, and a wide-brimmed hat to shield yourself from the sun.
Comfortable Footwear: Miami is a city where you might end up doing some walking, so bring comfortable shoes for exploring the area outside of the conference.
Swimwear: If your schedule allows, take advantage of Miami's beautiful beaches. Even in late October, you might want to pack a swimsuit just in case.
Rain Gear: While the likelihood of rain is low, it's always better to be prepared. A compact umbrella and a lightweight rain jacket can save the day.
Business Essentials: Don't forget your conference materials, business cards, and any devices or chargers you'll need for presentations or networking.
Remember, Miami's style is often characterized by its vibrant and fashionable residents, so feel free to add a touch of your personal style to your professional attire.
With these tips in mind, you'll be well-prepared for the conference and any adventures you decide to embark on while in Miami.
