This past Monday, April 7th, we celebrated World Health Day the HLM way—with movement, motivation, and a whole lot of muscle! 💙
Thanks to our awesome Culture Committee, the day kicked off with a high-energy challenge to help us all prioritize wellness, shake off the Monday blues, and have some fun along the way.
Throughout the day, team members were encouraged to take a movement break every hour on the hour. The goal? Complete a quick set of exercises that got hearts pumping and energy flowing:
✔️ 10 Squats
✔️ 10 Jumping Jacks
✔️ 10 Lunges (5 per leg)
✔️ 10 Push-Ups (or wall push-ups!)
✔️ 10 Butt Kicks
✔️ 10 High Knees (each leg)
✔️ …And yes, more squats to finish it off!
The Culture Committee kept spirits high by sending out reminders throughout the day—and our team showed up strong! 🏋️♀️💥
Whether it was a quick stretch between meetings or a full round of exercises, HLMers made wellness a priority. We saw videos, photos, and lots of smiles as people took a moment to move their bodies and recharge their minds.
To top it off, participants who shared their workouts earned Bonusly points as a little extra motivation and appreciation. 🎉
These small, fun moments are what keep our culture thriving—and we’re proud to be part of a team that knows how to show up for both work and well-being.
